Zoe Tripp is the '26 - '27 Hot Metal Bridge Fellow in the HAA department and will be working with Dr. Mina Rajagopalan. She is broadly interested in exploring the construction of homeplaces and practices of preservation, particularly spatial practices and traditions of Black life shaped by environmental disaster, infrastructural breakdown, movement, and racial capitalism. She is particularly interested in examining how such communities, especially those situated alongside rivers in the South, respond to these pressures and interact with formal heritage networks over time. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and the Built Environment and Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
