History of Art and Architecture

Advising

Andrea Maxwell is the lead undergraduate advisor for the History of Art and Architecture Department, and she advises HAA and Museum Studies students.  Jennifer Donnelly and Gabe Nolle advise our Architecture Studies students. Current students are encouraged to meet with their advisor as soon as possible and at least once every semester. Advising is designed to help students make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. It is an ongoing process that includes but is not limited to assistance in planning each semester's schedule of courses. The advisors and Maria D'Anniballe, the Director of the Undergraduate Program, are happy to meet with students who have general questions about the major before declaring, or who want to learn more about the broad opportunities we provide.
